Control + Down Arrow: View all Windows of the current application.

Slide Three Finders Up on Trackpad or Control + Up Arrow: Opens Mission Control, at top of screen you can manage Desktops.

Control + Left/Right Arrow: Switch between desktops (or slide three finders on trackpage left/right).

Finder

Quick Look: Highlight any file (photo, PDF, video) and hit Space to preview it instantly without opening an app.

“Go To” Folder: Use Cmd + Shift + G to bring up a path bar.

Trash: Use Cmd + Delete to move the selected item to the Trash.

View All Files: Use Cmd + Shift + . to see files whose names start with a period.

Settings

Enable Reduce Motion

Enabling Reduce Motion makes desktop switching and other transitions feel faster.

1. Click the Apple Menu () and select System Settings.
2. Navigate to Accessibility in the left sidebar.
3. Click on Display.
4. Toggle the switch for Reduce motion.
